I am sorry to hear when anyone faces foreclosure. Without more information it is difficult for me to advise what the proper course of action would be. If the property is located in the local area, it may be best to sell the property to avoid foreclosure showing up on your credit because most lenders require 4 to 5 years past a foreclosure before you may get another mortgage. I hope this helps you. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me at (417) 844-5370.

Hello,

I have a family member that has fallen victim to a Mortgage scam (Greenleaf). They are now being Forclosed on and need a new mortgage. So far no one will give them a Mortgage without a co-signer. They do not have anyone to co-sign for them.

Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you.
