Don, Alex, Ty and the whole team did an excellent job. They were helpful, professional, timely, knowledgeable, on all aspects of the process. Don took my questions at all times of the night and even on the weekend. I feel confident that I got the best deal with Don and the team. I wanted a conventional 15 year loan with a payment less than 25% of my take home pay, and I never felt pressured to use a mortgage vehicle that I didn't want (USDA, FHA, or conventional 30 year), or to borrow more that I wanted (even though EVERY calculator out there told me I could qualify for A MUCH more expensive home). In fact, I don't even know the maximum loan I qualified for because Don didn't pressure me to spend more than I wanted to. I will go back to Don for every future home purchase or refinance because he did such a great job! If I could give him 6 or 7 stars I would.read more

My home buying experience with USA Mortgage was unprecedented. Being a first time home buyer, I experienced many hurdles that I initially thought I'd be tackling on my own; I was mistaken. Alex and the team made the process so streamline and easy. They seriously know what they're doing and always have what's best for their client in mind. No matter how silly my question was, or how big of a pain I felt like I was being, Alex came through and always made me feel as if I was important and was never a waste of his time. I looked for a home for months and Alex had to update my pre-approval letters numerous times. I made offers on several homes; all of which fell through due to higher bids from others, but each time a change had to be made, Alex was on the ball ensuring I had my best foot forward and I was completely prepared no matter the outcome. He even suggested different types of loans for some pretty specific situations that made the process even that much easier. Alex was always willing to explain the technical side of things so I always knew what was going on and how my decisions would effect the end outcome. When I finally found a home I was able to make mine, Alex and the underwriting team were there till the end. Alex being always vigilant about deadlines, made sure I had the appropriate documents, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I can honestly say that I couldn't have chosen a better company to work with to purchase my first home. Being a young, single woman and buying a house on your own is an enormous, scary, exciting, and nerve wracking step, but Alex and the team at USA Mortgage made me feel like I had a huge family supporting me that just happened to be experts in mortgages and the home buying process.
