QM Went Into Effect on January 10, 2014. What Does That Mean For You?

Last Friday, January 10, 2014 the new QM (Qualified Mortgage) rules went into effect.  Were you prepared?

If you are like most home buyers you have no clue what this is and how it affects you.  But you might want to take a moment and listen to what Don has to say before you write it off.
