Home Loans For First Time Home Buyers

Are there still home loans for first time home buyers available? The answer to that question is Yes and No.

Check out this video from Don as he discusses some of the options available for first time home buyers.  Buying a home is a huge investment and knowing what’s available can ease a lot of the stress, especially when you are just getting started for the first time.

Hopefully this video gave you some good ideas and direction on where to start and some questions to ask.  Depending on your situation, the location of where you want to buy and the type of home you are looking for there are some good loan programs out there.

We would highly advise you to find a good qualified loan officer that can walk you through the steps of buying a home and getting pre-qualified.  Once you know what you can afford and the type of loan program that best fits your needs you are ready to start looking for your first home.
